BRAKE DISCS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED
TO VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD.
UNCOATED
BRAKE DISCS
QUALITY FOR EVERY REQUIREMENT
Features: High cost performance, suitable for old models or vehicles with hub covers
UNCOATED
SLOTTED AND DRILLED
BRAKE DISCS
MORE EFFICIENT HEAT DISSIPATION / DUST REMOVAL
Feature: Performance improvement
Customers who, while pursuing cost
performance have high demands for driving experience
COATED
BRAKE DISCS
THE COMBINATION OF ANTI-CORROSION AND AESTHETICS
Not only is it aesthetically pleasing in appearance, but it can also handle various harsh environments with ease in practical use.
The brake rotor coated with a coating will correspondingly extend the service life of the brake rotor
Common coatings include: Geomet, water-based metal eco-friendly paint, and electrophoretic coating...
RS+ SERIES BRAKE DISCS
COATING SLOTTING AND DRILLING SERIES
HIGH PERFORMANCE FIRST CHOICE
PURSUING THE ULTIMATE
High-carbon alloy cast iron material
Exclusive holes are designed for different models
Enhance heat dissipation performance and ensure uniform heat distribution
Enhance the product's strength and prevent it from deforming easily at high temperatures
1.DYNAMIC BALANCING PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY
.To ensure more stable braking of the brake discs after loading onto the vehicle, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the brake discs and wheel hubs during vehicle operation is smaller, thereby reducing the occurrence of vehicle vibration problems
.All brake discs will undergo 100% testing of this indicator before leaving the factory, in accordance with the technical requirements of the original equipment manufacturer
2.PRECISE INSTALLATION HOLES
.The number of installation holes, positioning holes, dimensions, etc. are all in accordance with the requirements of the original factory drawings, and their precision error is less than 0.01mm to ensure smooth installation
3. THE CONTACT AREA (MOUNTING SURFACE) BETWEEN THE HUB BEARING AND THE RIM
.The production standard that the balance of the installation surface is less than 0.05mm and the runout rate between it and the brake surface is less than 0.014mm is designed to reduce the risk of brake disc vibration during braking
4.VENTILATION DUCTS AND STRUCTURES
.There are many common structures in brake discs. Most old car models or family cars have a straight arrangement
.Most vehicles that are inclined towards sporty or off-road performance choose either point-like or arc-shaped arrangements
.Its function is to make the air flow better inside based on aerodynamics, thereby achieving more efficient heat dissipation and also reducing noise
.All of our brake rotors are produced in accordance with the original requirements without altering their structure
5. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL FACTORY STANDARDS
Whether it is quality, appearance or structure, it will be produced 100% in accordance with the details marked on the original factory drawings. Every type of brake disc meets the requirements of the original factory from the moment it is born. This is a responsibility towards customers and also the most fundamental awareness of quality control
6. BRAKE DISC DRILLING TREATMENT
Drilling holes in the brake surface is to better enhance the heat dissipation performance of the brake disc
For instance, many high-performance and sports car brands, such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, supercars, etc., have their brake discs mostly undergone drilling process treatment when they leave the factory
7.BRAKE DISC SLOTS
.This process is close to the sixth point mentioned above. Usually, slotting is combined with drilling
.This will be more effective in dust removal, water drainage and so on
.Most brake rotors of brands represented by Porsche are slotted, such as those of models like Cayenne, MACAN, and Panamera
